21 Graduate from Chamber’s Community Education & Leadership Program
On May 2, the Destin Chamber celebrated the graduation of 21 business professionals from its 14th Destin Forward class. During the event, the prestigious Destin Forward Leadership Award, chosen by class vote, was presented to Kayla O’Leary of Waypoint Title. Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast (ROGEC) recently launched a second branch in services: ONE Family Property Services (OFPS). This latest addition with a specialization in property management will allow property owners from Panama City to Pensacola to rent residential properties safely and legally. Launched in September 2021, OFPS has already quickly grown a management portfolio featuring over 70 properties along the Emerald Coast. The EOD Warrior Foundation was presented with a $1,000 donation on behalf of two Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast agents, Brandy Parker and Sonja Ramakka. Both military spouses, Parker and Ramakka have pledged to both donate $1,000 from each closing to their client’s non-profit of choice - EOD Warrior Foundation or Fisher House. In November, Emerald Coast Title Services initiated a Thanksgiving Challenge to inspire people to donate Thanksgiving baskets to the local charity Children in Crisis.
