Fidelity Federal Bancorp (“Company”), announced today the completion of a $35 million private placement of 4.50% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2031. Additionally, the Company’s savings bank subsidiary, United Fidelity Bank (“Bank”), announced today the completion of a $25 million private placement of 8.00% non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock.
