Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida is partnering with Emerald Coast Harley Davidson for the 2023 Big Scoop! This is a free community event. Attendees are invited to enjoy games, activities, unlimited ice cream, popsicles and other sweet treats from local vendors!
