The 29th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting, hosted by the City of Destin, will be held at the Destin Community Center on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m. This will be an outdoor event for the entire family with a visit from Santa Claus. There will be entertainment from local choruses, musical groups, dancers, etc., with refreshments being served after the lighting of the tree.
