    The Island is celebrating the holiday season with a Thanksgiving Feast at their signature restaurant, Fish House. The menu features lobster bisque, two salad options, a delicious charcuterie display, along with multiple station options for the main course, including a seafood station with shrimp, mussels, clams and oysters. The indulgent pasta station will feature options from fettuccine to a penne carbonara and a carving station that will feature a traditional turkey, ham, and more. For those who enjoy Thanksgiving dessert, there will also be pumpkin pie and assorted cake options. This decadent Thanksgiving menu was crafted by The Island’s new Executive Chef, Richard Assaf, who recently joined The Island team in summer 2021. Chef Assaf has more than 19 years of experience, studying French culinary at Sagesse University Lausanne and culinary courses with Michelin Star Chefs, Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse in France. Chef Assaf is currently working on cultivating new menus for Fish House that will be released in 2022. 
     
    Two seating times are available for the Thanksgiving Feast at Fish House - 11:30AM and 1:30PM. Adults are $65 per person, children under 11 are $22 and children ages four and under eat free. The Thanksgiving Feast at Fish House is open to locals.  Patrons can park on premises and access Fish House by entering through the front entrance of the hotel at the lobby. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling 850-243-9163.
