Corcoran Reverie, a high-end real estate brokerage and an affiliate of Corcoran Group LLC, announced today that Brian Fairweather, former CEO of the Spears Group at Compass, has joined the firm’s award-winning leadership team as Chief Strategy Officer.
“Brian brings with him an impeccable pedigree and impressive portfolio of experiences,” said Corcoran Reverie owner Jacob Watkins. “We know Brian will be a huge asset to our company and our leadership team.”
Fairweather is a graduate of Florida State University, and spent his early years in the financial sector before beginning his real estate career in 2015. He spent five successful years in South Florida as one of Palm Beach County’s top real estate agents, while helping to triple the size of the brokerage he was with at the time through branding and recruitment efforts. In 2020, Fairweather joined the Spears Group in Northwest Florida as the Director of Business Development, and quickly advanced to CEO in early 2022. Fairweather’s knowledge of the real estate industry comes from his passion for people and focus on being a team player to provide white glove service to his clients and agents alike.

In his new role with Corcoran Reverie, Fairweather will be responsible for overseeing strategic aspects of the company’s growth plan, including but not limited to: acquisitions, recruitment, agent development, and marketing.
