Destin High Well Ahead of Expectations After First Year
Destin High School (DHS) was the first new high school to open in Okaloosa County in more than 50 years. A tuition-free, public charter school funded through donations, fundraisers, and supporters. DHS officially opened last summer for its first 2021-22 school year. The community and Destin High School (DHS) students are invited to sign up for Destin High Athletics Golf Outing, the first of a planned series of annual golf tournaments. The Golf Outing, with a 10 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday, May 1, will be held at the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club.
